Idea from @ Tiago Forte’s courses (not sure of original source). Says information is like food:

  • You can’t get by with too little (malnourishment) and you can’t get by with too much (overeating, obesity)
  • Need to stay generally healthy. Some junk is okay every now and then but can’t be your whole diet. A cheat meal every now and then helps morale.
  • The presence or absence of one individual piece of information is not going to make or break your information diet just like the presence or absence of certain nutrients probably won’t make or break your normal diet.
