i guess this reminds me of Vincent’s AI MTG, where your opponent has a bunch of flying creatures so you give the AI a card name like ‘firestorm hurricane’ or ‘bird-killing thunderstorm’. you suggest, but the result is ultimately out of your hands.

this is kind of similar also to Autobattlers, where you strategize as best as you can, but are still at the mercy of a probability distribution for the outcome of the fight.
